How to use the basic functions of the abyx fit app

With the abyx fit app you have access to your own personal trainer to record your training sessions.

Open up the app and at the main screen swipe down to sync new data from the tracker to the app, then select the “Activity Goal” segment, you will see a summary of your daily and weekly steps taken.Press the “running man icon”  in the top right hand corner of the screen to use the “personal trainer” function.

Without any previous exercise data you will see a short guide on 

how to use the personal trainer.

Once you have training data recorded you will see your different exercise sessions.

Press on one of your sessions to check the route you used, your total distance travelled, 

Calories burned, pace, step frequency, step count as well as heart rate average and maximum.

Press on the “heart icon” in the top right corner of the screen to check your exercise levels 

and your heart rate data.

The abyx personal trainer is perfect to keep your training on track.

Back on the “activity” page you also have access to your Heart rate, sleep, and Blood pressure monitor.

You can press on each of them to reveal your historical data over the past day, week or month along with a short analyses of your data

For more information on your blood pressure you can press the question mark icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
