You need to repair your firmware, go to the “Me” tab in the app and select “Firmware Repair”

Select the model and then your device from the list
The app will start to repair the firmware of the activity tracker
Please wait until the repair process is finished and do not turn off the watch or the app.
Once the repairing process is finished you can resume to use both the app and the tracker
immediately
