You can start to record exercise sessions from the watch by tapping the screen of the ABYX FIT TOUCH until you get to the "Training" screen, 


Long press to enter the menu. 


Now tap the screen to switch through the different sport activities. 


Long press to select the activity and to start the data recording. The watch will record your steps, distance travelled, calories burned as well as your heart rate and your training time. 


To stop or pause the exercise long press the watch screen and select either "Pause" or "Stop" by long pressing the screen again.


Once you have stopped the exercise the watch will take some time to sync the data to your phone.Open up the ABYX FIT TOUCH application and in the “Today” tab scroll all the way down, here you can see all your recorded exercise data once it has finished syncing


Press on the recording to view detailed information about your exercise such as:


Distance travelled, hear rates, calories burned and more.


If you want to record your jogging exercise and route you can also do so by using the function "Outdoor running" in the ABYX FIT TOUCH application. 


In the "Today" tab scroll all the way down and select the "Outdoor running" function.


Press on "Start" and please enable the GPS function if not already done. 


The phone and the watch will now record your running data as well as the route you are travelling, 


to take a look on the map and your route press the "Map" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. 


To return to the page with your running data press on the icon in the bottom right corner again. 


To stop the recording long press on the yellow button and choose "Stop". 


To review your previous outdoor running sessions go to the "Outdoor running" menu in the app and press the "Notebook" icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to access your historical running data
