Abyx takes your Privacy and the security of your information very seriously.
As you may know, the European Union has enforced its new treaty regarding data privacy (GDPR) since the 25th of May 2018. The GDPR gives EU citizen the right to understand clearly which information is collected from them, how it is processed and for which purpose. They also have the right to receive a copy of the information kept about them, and to request their deletion at anytime.

Which information does Abyx Fit collect when I use the Abyx Fit service?
User age, user's mobile phone number (if you have registered using your phone number), user's email address, country, picture, height, nickname, gender, weight, metric system chosen, blood pressure data, number of steps, heart rate data, sleep data, cycling data, Alarm setting information, automatic heart rate collection setting, sedentary reminder setting, location data (only when you activate the workout / private coach mode and for the duration of your exercise sessions).
How does Abyx use my information?
Abyx uses your information to provide you the Abyx Fit service. This means that we use your information exclusively to run your Abyx Fit application and provide you with the activity dashboard in the app or the one you receive by email (depending on the version of the application that you use). Your information may be used under their depersonalized form internally for the development of new features and products. Depersonalized means that when we use your data for new product development they are not associated with your name anymore. Internally means that we will not transfer your personal information to any third party organization for the purpose of product development or marketing.
How can I download my information?
In your Abyx Fit application go to the "Me" tab, then select "More Settings", then "DATA". You can there click "Download my data". Either a CSV file will be downloaded on your email or a CSV file will be sent to the email address you have registered with your Abyx Fit Account (depending on the version of the app you use).
How can I withdraw my consent & delete my data?
In your Abyx Fit application go to the "Me" tab, then select "More Settings", then "DATA". You can there click "Withdraw my consent & delete my data". This action will have 2 consequences:
1) The permanent deletion of your Abyx Fit Account
2) The permanent deletion of all your data on our servers.
This action may take a few days and is not reversible. You will not be able to use the Abyx Fit Service or Application with that account anymore.
Abyx Fit for users younger than 16 years old
The GDPR requires that Abyx obtains the consent of parents or legal tutors of users below the age of 16 t collect and process their information. You must be above 16 years old to register an account with Abyx either for yourself if you are older than 16 years old or on behalf of your children if they are below 16 years old.
