Sport modes are only launched from the watch menu. They allow you to view and save your exercise duration and calories burned during your sports sessions. The different sports are: walk, run, cycling, climb, yoga, basketball, football, badminton, skipping, and swim.

Data display and synchronization

During your sports session, the watch screen will display your steps, distance, duration of the exercise and calories burned. Once the sport mode is finished, the step count, distance, and calories will display on the app.


Additionally the app features a exercise mode allowing you to record the itinerary of your outdoor sport sessions. During the sport session, the watch will display the duration and distance of your exercise. You can end the session from your watch or the app. This function uses your smartphone GPS and works independently from the watch. 

You can access this feature from the exercise tab of the app. In this tab you can choose the sport modes.
