Heart Rate (bpm)
Swipe left 2 times to enter the health menu and press on the heart rate to have the watch record your heart rate. Heart rate data are shown on the first tab of the app. Heart Rate data are automatically sync to the app and can be found on the first tab.
Blood pressure (mmHg)
Swipe left 2 times to enter the health menu and press on the blood pressure to have the watch estimates your blood pressure. The number on the left corresponds to the systolic pressure, the average value of which is around 120 mmHg. The number on the right corresponds to the diastolic pressure, the average value of which is around 80mmHg. Data are estimated and Abyx Fit watches are not medical devices.
Oxygen level (SpO2)
Swipe left 2 times to enter the health menu and press on the blood oxygen to have the watch estimate your oxygen saturation rate. A value of 98% means that each red blood cell present in your blood is made up of 98% of oxygenated hemoglobin and 2% of non-oxygenated hemoglobin. Normal values are between 95 and 100%. Data are estimated.
