Find my watch
You can locate your watch using your smartphone. Open the second tab of the app, and open the “Others” menu. Click on “Find Device” and the watch will start vibrating.
Find my phone
You can locate your phone by spress the side button to enter the main menu and press the find my phone icon. The phone will make a sound. The find my phone function is only working when the app is active. Touch the watch screen to stop the sound alert.
Note: The ABYX FIT TOUCH app must be open or running in the background.
MAC Address
The About menu displays the MAC address of your watch. Please always provide this information if you contact the Abyx Fit support as well as your firmware version. The MAC address is the unique network identifier for your watch. It is displayed in the list of bluetooth devices detected by your smartphone can help you identify your watch during pairing.
Reset
You must reset the watch if you experience any problem with data pairing, disconnection, or data synchronization. It is recommended to reset the watch before pairing it with a new smartphone. Go to the “Settings” menu and select “Reset” from your watch.
